| CANCELLATION POLICY |
| We are a small guest house and incur considerable losses when rooms are cancelled and we are unable to rebook. Holding the booking exclusively for you often means turning down other enquiries: |
| • Less than one week's notice = NO REFUND |
| • 1 - 2 Week's notice = 25% of deposit retained |
| • 2 - 4 Week's notice = 50% of deposit retained |
| • 4 Weeks or more notice = Handling fee 10% of deposit retained as a handling fee |
